Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SR Classes, led by Mr. Sanjeev Rathore, we are committed to providing high-quality education and support to students preparing for JEE and NEET (UG) examinations. We understand that there may be circumstances where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Cancellation Policy
Course Enrollment: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in any of our courses (JEE or NEET), you must notify us in writing at least 15 days before the start date of the course. Cancellations requested within this period will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellation After Course Start: If you cancel after the course has started, the following conditions apply:
- Within the first week: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
- After the first week: No refund will be provided.
Batch Transfers: Students wishing to transfer to a different batch must do so at least 7 days before the commencement of the course. Batch transfers after this period may incur an administrative fee.
2. Refund Policy
Full Refunds: Full refunds will be granted only if the course is canceled by SR Classes due to unforeseen circumstances or if the course schedule changes significantly, making it impossible for the student to attend.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are available under the cancellation policy outlined above. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the approved request.
Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees, study material costs, and any other non-tuition fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Refund Request Process
Submit a Request: To request a refund, please submit a written request to our support team via email at [your-email@example.com] or contact our office directly. The request should include your name, course details, payment receipt, and the reason for the refund or cancellation.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
Medical Emergencies: In the case of a medical emergency, students may apply for a partial refund or deferment to a future course. Medical documentation must be provided.
Exceptional Circumstances: Any other requests for refunds or cancellations due to exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by SR Classes management.
